    Game freezes for a few seconds

    IM having problem with the Far Cry New dawn locking up every 10 to 20 seconds. The screen and game play both freeze. Sound loops during the freeze. It will freeze for 1 to 3 seconds and they restart.

    The first time I played I did not have an issue. This started on April 22nd. The problem has repeatedly reoccured after all troubleshooting.

    This does not appear to be graphics related. The game will freeze even if its on a menu screen.

    So far ive verified my files via steam. Ive done a hard reset. Ive updated my Nvidea drivers. Ive turned my graphics down to Low. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the Uplay program. Ive updated all the support programs that were included in the support/software directory.

    Nothing has helped so far.

    Id attach my MSINFO and DXDIAG but it doesnt seem possible.

    I submitted a support ticket but Im posting this here as well thinking maybe the community has a fix. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Thank you for your detailed post and case number. I appreciate that you have tried many of the steps outlined here.

    Can you please test the game after performing a clean boot, and let me know if the issue persists?
