There are 22 teams in silver this week. It seems like we need 3 more or 2 less for proper bracketing. Could you let us know the plan? Thanks

Too lazy to look for the thread as it's old, but I posted about this question months ago, and then re-asked the question when teams started going into bronze, but they just ignored it because apparently they don't want to tell us about this....
