Missing Ivory Key - when will we get answers? | Forums

I have killed all the hunter and obtained all 12 masks. I waited for the last two hunters to fixed and was able to kill and collect the masks as intended. Still, I am missing one key. I been in contact with the support team, email and also live chat, with the only answer to keep an eye out for the forums. I was told to redo every single mission with a new player, which I find strange, as replaying would take me ages and honestly there is no guarantee it will drop.

I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks and still no changes. Going through the forum I can tell I am clearly not the only player with the same issue. Yet it is not mentioned on the issues to be fixed on the pinned post from the developers.

Can we have a more clear message from the support on the progress? Will this be resolved or how?

On any of your tickets etc. have you provided a photo of you having all 12 masks and showing you don't have all ivory keys?

Yes, in my first message with customer support. I have retaken some new pics of my masks and also keys.

I have the same issue I killed all 12 hunters and just got stuck on 7 of 8 keys. Try helping my friends with them they got all 8 keys I am still stuck at 7. I did all the hunters the right way any help will be appreciated to get my 8 key thank you.

As far as i'm aware, you only get the masks to drop if you do the encounters correctly, so you should likely have all the keys too if this is the case.

Any update would be appreciated - I love the game and would hate to see issues like this being neglected.

I am having the same issue, opened a ticket weeks ago and have gotten nothing. The first hunter I ever killed was Wraith (the one where you need to salute by the pool of the Disabled War Veterans or something like that). I killed him in a party of four that was in my friend's world. Of the four of us, only he got the key, but all four of us got masks. Since then, realizing there was an issue, I killed all the other ones in my own world, solo, and got 7 keys and all 12 masks. I cannot get Wraith to spawn in my world. I used to be able to get him to spawn in the world of others, if they didn't have the mask already, but that hasn't worked for over a week now. I killed him 4-5 times in different worlds, but never got the key to drop - just random items (as I already have the mask). It seems that there is nothing that can be done, and I wish an admin could just go into my account and credit me a key, but that request falls on deaf ears. Very frustrating. I'd happily have them take the mask away if I could then summon Wraith and get it back with the key. I submitted my screenshots and videos, but also am told just to "watch the forum". Seems like there isn't really anything to watch though...

We have info that in order for the keys to drop from the hunters, the entire cipher process has to be completed correctly from each encounter.

Do you know which hunter encounter did not drop a key?
