I posted this in the wrong sub last week so I'll repost here.


I'm completed a PVP event on 2019/04/19 around 13:00 EST. I opened PVP pack and the game lagged and crashed. I assume that I would get the PVP pack at next login but I was never prompted to open any "missing" items as I'm used to seeing. The PVP pack count down was reset though.

My IGN is romeo whiskeyy.
