So unfortunately, I ran into error 2-00002911 and I did every single step that they advised. This issues been going on for four months for me and as far as I know, I have no access to the game because I can't even sign into it to get to the main menu. I was told that this is a known issue that is being worked on...Well as far as I know they've been working on it for four months, so how long are they gonna put this off and keep people from playing the game that they PAID them for. I also invested money into the games online store, so for the sake of customer loyalty fix this issue TODAY. Its Monday. Git er done. I'm gonna make a youtube vid about this, not trying to light a fire under yalls butts but its been four months. This isn't fair to the love I've invested into your company through this game.
