    Matchmaking not working

    My matchmaking has been working oddly for the past week.

    Whenever I attempt to match make from the start menu that provides options, the matchmaking circle will spin for 2-5 seconds then it will completely stop and go away. This happens consistently no matter which option I choose.

    I am also getting alerts from ISAC that there is an agent requesting backup, but the option the accept the request no longer appears on the screen.

    Whenever I attempt to match make for missions, it promotes me to leader after 1-2 minutes of looking automatically.

    All of these just started happening recently. I looked into the menu to see what other options there are for being on call and sense then matchmaking hasn’t been working correctly. I’ve tried resetting to default settings but nothing has fixed it.

    I can help you with the ISAC Alerts, though it's only a work around, and not as good as it used to be. Whenever you hear the notification, simply open your map, and tab to the (!) Icon for Agent's in need, and look around the map for the marks. The ISAC message will usually be for the ones that are closest to you currently, but you might see a better one to respond to elsewhere on the map.
    I didn’t even know that was a possibility. Thank you I will definitely try this when I am online later.

    This might actually be my problem. I don’t personally recall changing this setting but this sounds like what it could be. As soon as I’m back online later today I will look into it. Thank you again.

    Let me know if changing your connectivity settings in The Division 2 helps with this issue.
