    Do not buy anything on UPlay if you actually want a game.

    If you are reading this sadly it is probably too late and you have bought something, perhaps been charged more than once and not got the game.

    You can waste hours trying to get them to do anything and the best you will get is to be told that you have to wait 48 hours and your game might show up.

    It will not show up, why would it? I have never seen code that waits around for a couple of days and then decides to do something, it either works or it doesn't.

    They know you will not get your game and it is just a way to get rid of you so they can tell the next sucker to wait 48 hours also.

    Stop taking people's money until the problem is solved.

    I suspect there are about 5 people working in support and they will all be off until the week.. as far as I can tell they don't work weekend either. Surprising that people want to buy games when they are not in work isn't it?

    Total shambles.. I don't really care what they do with my game anymore, they can keep the damn thing and I will play something else... Anno 1800 I was trying to get btw.. I will just play Tropico 6 on Steam where they actually respond if you have problems.

    All it takes for somebody to have the game is a boolean flag or a record in their database to say you have the game. What is going on really?

    insert into purchases where id='me' and game='anno'

    How it can be _this_ bad these days is beyond ridiculous.

    I have been moaning for days now so support probably don't want to help me and will go slow.

    We have a right to be an as... when you take our money.

    Bougth anno. Been waiting for +5 days now. Customer support is so bad that i dont even know if im waiting for a refund or that they add the game for me.

    Everything has been okay for me, even letting me down gently when the DLC I bought off site wasn't what I thought it was. I confirmed everything promptly. My experience only.

    This company is complete garbage

    First of all, just because my ip adress is Italian it does not mean I want the shop language to be in Italian. I am a Swedish student at an American university living in Italy, give me the option to choose which language I want to browse your filthy shop in. Its the era of globalisation and if you think that whatever country your consumers ip adress is based in is also the country of their native language you are seriously ****ing ******ed.

    Second, the web browser shop does not even work. I have money on my card, I know because I just used it to make a purchase from another website with a payment system that in contrast to yours,actually works. Furthermore, the shop inside of your joke of a ****ing "all inclusive game store wanna be steam" Uplay - does not work.

    In conclusion, I have tried for six hours making a purchase from your disastrous company through your website shop, your game client shop, in a language unfamiliar to me which you wont let me change and after leaving you this message I want nothing more to do with you for the rest of my life and its a shame. Anno 1880 seems like a great game but unfortunately the company who are supposed to sell it is run by a group of orangutans.

    I had the same issue this morning, oddly I could actually see another user's username when I went to the order history even their address! My account is 2FA secured so it's worrying that this kind of issue is going on at all.

    I got the 404 at checkout, no email confirmation just as you guys have and I've spoken to support to be told that the order will turn up in 48 hours and if it doesn't to contact them again.

    The person from support was friendly enough and I'm sure it's not their fault but 2 days is a long time to have to wait to see this kind of issue rectified in my opinion. It didn't take them very long to process the money leaving my account...

    I can't see myself purchasing from their store again after an experience like this.
