    Weapons not firing or doing damage, unable to pickup loot

    This is my second post. I have followed Ubisoft instructions about disconnecting and rebooting router, and wifi devices, only worked for half a mission before problems started again. The weapons are not firing half the time, when they do fire they do absolutely no damage. Just was playing Tidal Basin mission. Enemy players and robots are vanishing and then reappearing about 5 meters away. Have left the group, rejoined, restarted the game, and hard booted the xbox one x I am playing on. I do not have this problem AT ALL with other online games such as Destiny 2, etc. The instructions I see from Ubisoft are a big inconvenience and not solving my problem. I have even called my internet provider and had them send a refresh to my modem as well. Great game WHEN IT WORKS. Very frustrating experience. I waded through all the bugs in Division 1 from its release and am not wanting to do it again. I do hope you talented folks at Ubisoft will expedite resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Same issues,
    Call my provider: everything works fine.
    Router: Runs Fine
    XBox one: everything what I need for online gaming works.
    But the connection problem are so huge, not a single chance to play any mission.
