can you look into my support ticket, not had a reply to it and it's been over a month.

    > All these people crying for a refund when they already have like 200+ hours of playtime. Yeah thats not how it works.

Thats exactly how it works, because you are not paying for a limited amount of playtime.

    > I'll never understand how people get so bent out of shape like this.

and yet you hang around in the tech section of a forum of a game you are completely satisfied with. Talk about odd behaviour...

Cause like most people, I'm waiting to see if/when it gets fixed. Yeah, real odd behavior. Meanwhile, I'm occupying myself with other things.

Maybe movie wasn't a good analogy. Maybe its more like eating a meal at a restaurant. You eat most, if not all of it, and then decide you know what, I didnt like this I'd like my money back. If you've just bought the game and this is what you're getting, yeah that sucks. But I have seen people claim they have a large amount of time with the game, and then claim it sucks, they hate it, Massive sucks and they want their money back. I also think it's a little silly to think this isn't going to be fixed. Division 2 received a lot of praise when it came out for being the looter shooter done right. I dont see Massive/Ubisoft letting that just sink in the water. I'm no developer so I wont make assumptions on why its taking some time to fix this. Obviously, the issue is a difficult one.

This is the way that ubisoft/redstorm release games. It started with the division 1, they promised such great graphics and everything was a lie. Not one single thing in the trailer or e3 demo was even included in the game (oh but they made sure to add the drone and map into TD2). Then all the visuals were nerfed.

Game play Trailer for that here >>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njfj6KwEAfg

The same EXACT thing happened with R6S, just have a look at the trailer for that...

Lets not forget the trailer for TD2...Not as fake as TD1 but it only takes a few seconds to notice how nerfed that actual game is compared to this trailer

    TD2 game play trailer >>>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZdPlH5RE_WU

One can only see the pattern evolving here. The games have also been released pretty much in BETA phase, which is pretty slick. Having people who have already purchased the game and are fully committed to it with no option of backing out, become testers. This should all be highly illegal. Its okay that they dont offer refunds but its not okay to falsely advertise a product nor is it legal.

Okay, you sorted out the movie analogy.
Let me just fix your restaurant one.

    It's more like this:
You order your food and it's great! It tastes really good and looks awesome too. The staff did a good job here!
You are halfway through your meal, but then the waiter runs past you and tells you: "Here is the special sauce on the house. It comes with the meal. Let me pour it for you"
And then he pours the sauce over your food.
You know what? The sauce really adds to the tase! It highlites some of the meaty or vegetable aspects. GOes really well with it...but it's to spicy.
    Yeah, it's to spicy.
So spicy, it burns our tongue. You have to chug water with every bite and because of the spice, you can't taste the food and all those awesome flavours anymore.

That's how I feel with the Game so far.
And that's why I care and why I'm frustrated.
Because the game itself is awesome and I WANT TO PLAY IT!
I want to enjoy it again. Not wait for weeks and months till I'm not hungry anymore.

"> All these people crying for a refund when they already have like 200+ hours of playtime. Yeah thats not how it works."

Well i have 6-7 hours in, so far i love the game but decided im not going to play anymore until they fix the constat crashes.
So far i think my game crashed around 20 times in that hours until in one dungeon i had to repeat 4 times (didnt finish the dungeon), and after the 5th crash said, enough, this is not worth it.
I dont have much money and was deciding to buy this game because i loved the first one or another game, so im felling like i wasted the money on nothing... I hope they really fix this because to me, at last, the game right now is unplayable.

PD: and yes i tried every single fix i read about the problem on internet D:

As soon as someone adds the term "crying" to a post in the tech section, it completely destroys all credibility!

Uh, why exactly, out of curiosity?

if you live in australia, you should contact the ACCC. ubisoft, like steam, are still subject to our consumer laws and for the same reason. and we all saw what they did to steam for denying australian customers their consumer right to a refund.

    just saying...
