Now that the old chat placement is being occupied by the battle pass progress screen (I think the battle pass screen should be somewhere else, but I guess there's no use to fight its placement) we should get 2 new kinds of notifications. First one let's you know when there are new messages in the open chat (doesn't trigger with friendlies requests). Second new notification let's you know when somebody is requesting a friendly. Since people stay in the pvp screen most of the time there are countless of people who end up being ignored not because people wouldn't accept the friendlies, but simply because people don't know anyone is requesting a friendly.

We've been set back with the location change for the chat, please bring this feature to the game. I don't think we are asking much here, and people can opt out from them (maybe even separately from regular notifications, they could be called chat notifications and could be off by default), thank you.
