no, getting flail uppercuts is not easy at all. It requires predicting an opponent's attack with zero telegraphing beforehand and going into all block around the same time as the opponent's attack begins. Not even sure if you can really call it a read because most reads are based on a preceding action (400ms delayed light chain, slow unblockable that can be canceled into a guard break, dodge into bash/gb mixup).
Not sure what game you are playing but conqueror's lights are not fast. In fact the side opener lights are 600ms and are pretty much parry bait. They even share half of the parry window as his heavy attacks.
Weird flex but ok.
Can anyone guess what conquerors will do more of if full block was to get nerfed? Be careful what you wish for.
Why? If most characters feign the heavy into a guard break they'll probably do 30 damage or more to him. Why shouldn't a risky, predictive defensive move that takes 400ms to activate not do at least 30 damage? If anything it needs to go back to a 300ms activation time.
