Thanks for the memories
So I just read the April 25th content update is being pushed to an undetermined date in May.
I also read that talents are getting an overhaul along with buffs and nerfs.
I didn't read anywhere as to how to get a refund though.
I really dont understand why TD2 needs to follow the Destiny model of how to equip exotics nor do I understand the point of tinkering with weapons and gear to the point of rendering them useless. I dont understand why you limited the movement and lowered the running speed compared to TD1. I dont understand how they cant fix the issues of getting stuck on everything or increasing the amount of objects we can mount or descend from, how NPCs can shoot through objects a heat seeking missile couldn't even penetrate or why they decided to place objectives so close to one another so when you engage one group the other swoops in and massacres you.
With all the years it took to develop and beta testing, one would assume the game would have been a tad more polished upon release.
Which crowd is Massive trying to appease? The guy who plays an hour or two on the weekends or the crowd that plays multiple hours per day?
Instead of listening to all these YouTube goofs (There is only a handful of quality Division YouTubers) and weekend warriors who really shouldn't have this loud of a voice as it doesnt impact them on the level it impacts the rest of us. All these cry babies come to all these platforms to whine about builds being too powerful are doing so because they aren't investing the time to acquire the gear. So why reward them and punish us?
You are forcing players to all have these cookie cutter builds with more negative limitations than positives. You are doing the exact same thing you did with Division 1 in terms of watering down.
I should have stayed clear of this game for a number of factors.
I'm sure Tom Clancy himself would be rolling over in his grave if he had any indication how you guys are handling his post-mortem legacy. You have ruined the Rainbow 6 franchise (how do you have a game based upon books and not have a story mode?). If I were a betting man, I would bet the farm that you didn't even get permission to use his name for this game. This game was released 3 years after his death and is based upon a story written by another author but you knew using his name and with the history of his previous gaming titles, you would be able to take in the cash hand over fist. Shame on you!
