I get that ubi is busy, i really do, i even put my expectations really low and somehow they managed to even go under them. From what most people say the wait time should be no longer than 2-3 days, but besides the fact that i had to wait 5 days for them to respond, only after i deleted my first ticket that didn't get one in 6 days, now even after i provided the info they wanted i'm currently on day 7 of wait for ubi support to actually do their job, are they having just a bad month? or they are so stupidly unresponsive all the time?
So, i just have a simple question, do i really need to make a post every single time i want the support team to respond in less than a week? and by any chance can they actually be usefull instead of just saying "your copy was a free weekend version and you need to buy the game" even tho i showed them that i got it in a giveaway and that i literally own the game on steam but i'm not allowed to play it cause they are to busy ignoring me? sorry if i'm getting a little rude but i'm really getting sick of it.
Yea, i seriously doubt they even care at this point, i would have understood 3 to 4 days but right now i'm on my 10th day with no signs from them. I think there is a difference between being "busy" and simply not caring or ignoring something, at least if they would have done a somewhat decent job and at least make a decent excuse for not letting me play on a copy i got from a giveaway instead of just saying "lol it's a free weekend version, go buy the game".
Edit: Screw it, i'm just gonna buy the game again, might as well waste some more cash than wait another month to get the support team that is totally not doing a ****ty job to not fix anything and make me wait more, i'm just tired, might as well give Ubi more cash it doesn't deserve than have to deal with this thing you guys dare to even call the "support" team
