This is what you messed up Massive...and it's going to last for awhile

You're reworking perks and stats and all. Ok that's cool, obviously when a game first gets released there are going to be abnormalities that show up that lead everyone to focus in on a singular build.

Personally? I'm the player who thinks you should have thought that out when coming up with the builds. You're the ones who had all the info on builds for months before release and within days people have the 1 build to use....again....you had months they had in some times hours.

Why are you not employing more quality control? I can understand for a single player game where the enemy is consistent but why are you not hiring people who are experience with coming up with how what you THINK are builds but are actually broken? Because they're obviously broken because a PVE event like the raid is being delayed because of your failure to balance.

I just wish that they could make the "mods" for Skills to not cost any Skill power at all, in my opinion it would make the skills more viable and fun to build ( for example Chem launcher could be build with more healing / ammo , etc , or grenades for more damage or more extra grenades in it )

I dont know how bad it would affect in overall, probably pvp would be a bad thing but in PvE would be a blast having that chance to modify the skills with any kinda of mods without having a crazy amount of skill power cost just to boost it and use it ...

Same time, im just sad how the green gear sets are so weak atm ... i love the set bonuses and such but they dont seem to perform to that level where it feels appealing to carry all 6 pieces, since perks/talents are missing in them, it feels really weak ...

Apart from all glitches and bugs, in my opinion, they made a fantastic game, its fun to go around and pew pew the hella out of it, but i wish they still could think a bit more about the Skills and their mods ...

If you look deep, Ubisoft utilizes a 3rd party Indian/Pakistani company to run QA. This is why the QA sucks. You get what you pay for and this is a classic example of **** in / **** out.

Ubisoft pays an average of $215 a month for a QA tester in India. It would cost them at least 10x that amount to pay a legit tester from the USA.

    Ecklub, easier to quote this.

Yep you’re op was spot on and I brought up the same thing. And to kinda dig a little deeper; I believe the “QC” never played all the way through the game, lvl 1-wt5. They would play parts of the game. I think this is why bothe games, D1 and D2, lvl 1-30 is a better experience, a better playing game. I’m not talking about better toys and things. I’m talking about the game plays better

Its business man, plain and simple. Where's the money? That's what they cater to.
The funny thing is if they actually came out and said, we hear the people and delay the raids to add more content, buff skills in the raid, unlock a new skill, drop named weapons, anything pro-player it would cause an earthquake of happiness. But nope, any of that is super top secret. 😰
On the other hand we're going to "adjust" things.

umm, most game publishers do QA through offshoring and 3rd party companies. The QA is for testing bugs before release and post that third party services are not deployed ordinarily. The problem is that you are an ignorant savant. These 3rd party vendors have specialized QA over the years and are fully competent to do their jobs.

If anything needs to be blamed, you should look out for the design and development team at massive.
