The wait times for matchmaking in every mode has been much longer than before ever since the start of this Season. I've wanted to wait and see if this issue would be alleviated but the devs have instead gone completely silent on the subject. Frankly ever since Damien left the guys responsible for the matchmaking have been floundering and doing a poor job. Both the quality and the wait times for matchmaking have been degrading since you guys started testing your new parameters.

My average wait time to find a match in Dominion has become 8-10 minutes, in the most popular mode. Brawl and Breach are even worse sometimes. My average wait time before the start of this Season was around 2-3 minutes. That is a staggering change! I mean my matches were filled with rep 0's when you guys were testing your matchmaking experiments on the live game but at least I was actually playing the game. Now I can't even do that because I'm waiting on a loading screen more than I am actually playing a match. And after 10 minutes of waiting I get put up against the same pre-made team that I have already faced twice today. I mean...

Something has to change because the state of your matchmaking is beyond a joke right now.

I find I get rematched against the same pre-mades in the run of the night too. Usually I queue solo or with 1 friend, so if we don't get 2 good teammates, taking on a 4 man pre-made is nearly impossible and then you back out after the post game results and get thrown right back in with the same group.

We even gave it 3-4 mins after being matched against them twice in a row, queued up and got new players, next game after that, back to the same 4 man pre-made.

I'm not a fan of the new matchmaking at all, at least the wait times aren't long on ps4 because of the high player count, but I still seem to get matched against the same groups pretty often.

The funny point is, that the results of MM are worse then they have ever been. I have never had so unbalanced matches since launch. Why then even wait longer compared to earlier?

Shall I wait longer to get worse results?

This is worst and worst.
I usually wait only 1min or 1min30 for a Dom, never more. 2min for a Breach and like 4-5min for DeathMatch/Tribu (PS4/Central EU).

Now Dom is still going pretty fast but any others mode i have to wait like 5-7min.. Never happen before. And of course 90% of times i got into games already started with 500points gap, with 1 or more Bots or with 3 beginners i have to carry against a full 150+reps team.. it's Killing me.

As i dislike Duel, i'm on the point to think about playing against IA… "Sad But True" (Stolen from Metallica)

This season has been awful..(for the matchmaking) i really hope they sort it soon im starting to give up on pvp..

On PC breach feels very dead. usually the queue just gives up after 10-15 minutes of waiting and I have to reque several times to get a game then that game is incredibly lopsided. Unfort matchmaking systems cant do much more with a low population. Honestly (at least for pc) I feel like they need to drop some of the game modes the population really doesn't support that many game modes.

Because very second thread complains about MM but for opposite reasons
"search timers are too long"
"i'm getting mis matched"

Broader matchmaking speeds times up with the risk of mis match and slower times will get a better result, however everyone wants something different.
