    Bug Report: Still getting Missing Lootcrates and Soinning icons

    Issue 1: Since the release of the 66 DLC I’ve noticed the game is back to not always awarding me a loot box when I level up ie. tells me there’s a lootcrate waiting and when I go to open one there’s a zero count.

    Issue 2: The game has gone back to displaying spinning icons on my awarded gear. This issue disappeared after the patch and has re-appeared for me after the 66 laucnh date.

    This is on PS4 Pro, I haven’t tried xbox or switch! yet.

    edit: The title is supposed to say spinning icons not soining icons...auto correct grrrrrr

    Strangely, since the DLC unlocked for me on Steam I'm getting more loot crates, often 2 or 3 per level up in SP. Which is fine, since perhaps those are just the old queued messages of the dozens of loot crates which were lost in the ether.

    I have noticed disappearing gold bolts though. I have mitigated that by closing the app while on the map screen, instead of returning to the main menu and quitting normally from there, which cost me thousands yesterday. However, that's not totally solved it, as I just saw it go from X to X+50 after beating a track, then when the contract success message came on screen it was back to X instead of X+100.

    I haven't got a loot crate in a few dozen levels. Really annoying. Just started one level, then stopped for a few, started again, then stopped and hasn't given me one for ages, and by ages I mean like 40 levels.

    Not even an acknowledgment about missing gold bolts, or an ETA for a fix. Nothing.

    i'm sure they're sitting around just doing nothing, geesh, let them do their jobs and we'll find more stuff out when its time.

    Imagine advocating for even less communication with fans, on the official forum.

    Typically the employee who documents the bug, the employee who fixes the bug, and the employee who communicates with the public about the bug, are not all the same person. Talking about it here won't slow down the fixing of it.

    The gear crates the team is currently working on. As far as the spinning icons go, you might want to let our Customer Support team know.
