This is still going on.. can someone address what is happening?

I can only assume the community team is on communication lockdown while they figure out how to fix the massive screw up. It's the only possible explanation i can think of for the near total silence on the issue for an entire season. Very disappointing. Looks like we'll have a season where nobody even cracks tier 3 at this point.

Definately bugged... i am at elo 7339.. i beat a guy who is around 6350ish. Im excited cuz that should have given me +1 and into the next tier reward but it didnt. I was so pissed and still am because the matchmaking gods got me that high but now i can barely stay above 7200. This happened yesterday...jus a few days b4 reset.
