I seem to be losing elo for wins quite regularly, but I've never gained elo for a loss, even when losing to people with a much, much higher rank. For example, I just lost elo when beating someone with 500 elo less than me, but then lost 15x that amount of elo for losing to someone with 800 elo more than me. What's going on here? I have screen shots where I have won and it says my elo gain is negative.

I've lost up to 88 elo for a single win, which on the new system is quite a bit...

My team mate Rabidsu69(ign) is a lvl 14, arena 9 player constantly matched with lvl 17-21 players. Their card levels are ridiculously out-matching his; lvl 3 legendary etc. He is an excellent player, but this is just unfair. He stands no chance.
He has reported them for days with no change some opponents dont even show up in his report list....he has screenshots of all of these.

I wonder if this bug has anything to do with number 1 player in the world still being a tier 4 legendary... Probably hard to rank up when most opponents would cause you to lose elo for winning......
