Running the game in a RAID 0 2xSSDs. Started after the last patch.

Is like when I loaded games into my ZX Spectrum more than 30 years ago, the load of games used to delay about 5 min to load the 48 kB. Seems no much has changed since then... lol (missing the flickering bands and the beeps...)

Hey guys! If you are currently having long load issues after the recent update, please provide your DXDIAG file via Pastebin link. Can you also clarify if you have the game installed on a SSD?

Came here to find the same solution, been away last few days, logged on to see a patch and now it is taking ages to boot, at first I thought it had crashed as I saw no boot screen for a long time, I rebooted now it's been running 5 mins 20 secs and only just got to the character selection!
Once there it only took a min to get into the game..

I'll test it some more then feedback with DX info..My system is quite low spec i5 - 3570 but am running 12GB ram and a Vega 56 GPU..

Actually, forget what I said above, there IS a big problem in how long this game takes to load and connect.
Yesterday I paid my rent and two different utility bills online WITH THE SAME COMPUTER while I was waiting for the game's screen to even appear in the first place after clicking the icon.
Today I'm composing and posting this whole post after having clicked play, (the EASY anti-cheat splash screen appeared the went away) while i'm waiting for the game to appear.

Hey, I'm experiencing same issue.

My loading time is 3 min 33sec on DX12, and 3 min 12 sec until character screen - time is almost same every time

It's around 1 minute till anything will show (black screen), then rest time is connecting and loading screen.

One clue is that screen with information about sickness now it's static (the countdown bar is freeze) or it's black screen up to ubisoft animation logo.

Also I'm playing on DX11 as DX12 produce random crashes from time to time.

Same issue... after the last patch it takes much longer to load the game. Just launching and having it give the animated logos takes a long time. Then after that when it tries to connect to their service it takes a long time.... then it takes long to just load into your character. All added up is around several minutes.

Any update on this? it takes so long to launch the game now, like go away make a cup of tea, come back it's just launching..
