This also started happening to me after the last patch.

    1. The anti-cheat tool will appear, load then close (as usual) and then the game will take a good 30 seconds to launch. The first time I thought the game had crashed but after I waited more it appeared.
    2. Then it opens as a black window and stays that way for another 30 seconds.

Points 1 and 2 above where super fast before the patch.

    3. Then the connection takes way more time than before.
    4. Than after "Continue" the connection also takes more time
    5. Then the loading sometimes get stuck on 10% and after a few seconds jumps to 100%.

    Here's my DXDiag: https://pastebin.com/G41XAVeV

I tried clearing the game DX cache, changing DPI and fullscreen optimizations, no change.
Game installed on SSD (not the same SSD for windows if this is useful)

    Here is mine: https://pastebin.com/kjear6X1

Running 2700x, rtx2080, 16 GB 3200Cl14 ram, Asus Prime x470 pro mobo, Crucial 1 TB M.2 NVME drive with game and OS on it.

Game takes forever to load. Have been troubleshooting crashes and freezes with a ubi tech for two days now. Freezes/FPS drops seem to be gone, but the crashes still exists and the game takes FOREVER to start...

I'd like to propose a theory that those experiencing >2 minute load times (until the SnowDrop logo video plays) might have larger amounts of "interesting" software present which makes the EASY Anti-Cheat system take all that extra time to carefully scan through it all. I imagine even having something basic like visual studio installed with the associated debuggers etc could easily add 30 seconds. I've seen some anti cheat systems take EONS to scan through the thousands java class libraries of popular IDEs.

It feels like it's only using a set amount of memory regardless of how much you have. Maybe a throw back to it's console origins ?.
