Safeguard took a pretty big nerf, but I understand it was too powerful on the offensive. As it stands now this talent is pretty weak considering the internal cooldown, even with the clutch buff. Instead of keeping this talent in this playstyle, I suggest reverting it back to the old values and slapping on a high utility requirement allowing for healing builds to have a talent to work towards, allowing for a substantial healing buff to dedicated healing builds.
With the high attribute type requirements set on talents I suggest the recalibration station to allow for swapping of attribute types and not restricting recalibrated stat to remain in the same attribute type.
