My season 3 pass just deleted itself and locked my rep 6 black prior again asking me to purchase... anyone else had this? Put a service ticket in just wondering if its widespread?

Yes I'm trying to get some help for the same problem. Rep 6 black prior. No access to him or arcade mode. Hope they fix this crap.
