im on the west coast on ps4. and see people in the same area playing it so I'm confused I also have the gold edition. wtf

I had the same problem, I deleted the save and the game, redownloaded it and the expansion pass from the store, had to play through the beginning crap again, and the first couple stadium finals, after completing the Asian novice class stadium finals it actually unlocked the route 66 tracks. I also lost 30 some odd levels, was over 125 and it put me back to 90. Might not need to delete the save data, I would try to just delete and redownload the expansion pass from your library first, then do the game, and then the save data if that still didn't work
