So ur telling us the lag has nothing to do with denuvo? Why does offline mode fix the lag then? Why did the stuttering not happen during Alpha and both betas? We were able to play the beta just 2 days ago without any performance problems at all

Because it only affects the Steam version.
Mine is stuttering too.

The Uplay and Epic version don't stutter. But they have Denuvo.
So it has nothing to do with Denuvo.

A Friend of mine bought it on Uplay and got exactly the same Problem. And he also played the Open Beta 2 days ago... LUL

It isn't denuvo. Because Denuvo is running through Uplay.
The stuttering is fixed when STEAM is in Offline mode.

So it's a problem between Anno and Steam.

It's not only "steam players stuttering"! just bought a game couple days ago and today my hands already shaking when i hear "anno".
Why, God, why ubi use this protection whose authors will burn in hell?
My system configuration is exactly the same as it requiers for max FPS specified on a game page. gtx 970, 16gm ram, etc. But this amazing denuvo transforms my PC in a pile of metal. Should i ask NASA to rent me their supercomputer to overcome this issue?

I already forgot about freezing as an phenomenon, but thanks to denuvo i got my 2007. We thought there is nothing worse than starforce 10 years ago, but... oh
my patience ends after prologue and funeral scene during which i reconfigured graphics 10 times making it worse and worse. At the end i set it on minimal. Nothing changed cause denuvo virtual machine still eat all PC resources.And now as i understand i can't even get my money back cause already downloaded this amazing game (im pretty shure it's realy good game) with this peace of.. denuvo

I never stoled any game and now what i can't understand: why all that pirates enjoy the game free of denuvo troubles while i paid for first chapter anounce?

this is not an issue with steam users only *wich by the way; good job shooting yourself in the foot ubisoft*
it's happéning with me and my group of friends ever since the 25th patch. and what that patch even does? it has the vaguest patch notes to ever be spawned. can't you just roll it back and only release something like this when it ready. or has any feature even instead of the vague 'bug fix' that breaks the game
