How bad can you treat your customers.
After buying Division 2 I am Not happy that instead of a free game because i had already bought the 2 offered free games.
As a loyal customer I was shafted by getting a stupid cosmetic items (an agents look) of which i already had parts and a few intel.
So loyal customers like myself just get nothing ?? the cosmetic are free in-game and not hard to get if you wanted them. I also had a few intel but again they are so easy to get i am maxed out all the time with them.
So all in all if you are a loyal repeat customer you get nothing at all.
Please address this total sham.

Nothing to do with loyalty as it was on offer for everyone no matter the edition or if they owned the 3 titles or even if they owned any Ubisoft titles.As a loyal customer I was shafted by getting a stupid cosmetic items (an agents look) of which i already had parts and a few intel.
It was a promo and a very generous one at that!

Over time they would be available for agents that put in the hard yards to collect them but the customers that already owned the 3 Free games got a head start and Ubisoft actually bothered to give you a second prize. They didn't have to as the T's&C's pointed outthe cosmetic are free in-game and not hard to get if you wanted them. I also had a few intel but again they are so easy to get i am maxed out all the time with them.
No as you said you got some cosmetic itemsSo all in all if you are a loyal repeat customer you get nothing at all.
