Ubisoft you have a game with tremendous potential
The team working on this game should be commended. The game loop, AI design and tiered approach to endgame is well thought out and I think there are several good suggestions already on this forum that I hope you are considering.
I will add mine below and please forgive me if they have already been suggested. Keep in mind these come from a fairly casual player, I work in the real world and plan on jumping into this game long term in short bursts.
- Grenades, special ammo and special actions are the best parts of the game both in the main gameplay loop and just when roaming around in general. Extra currency and materials are plentiful and almost useless. Why not allow on-the-fly crafting of grenades and special ammo using currencies that are easily maintained? It is fine for combat, "no respawn" zones or raids to disallow this crafting as well if you are afraid of grenade spamming.
- The clan system is a great edition and I'd love to see a system that rewards players for donating to the clan itself similar to maintaining control points. The clan projects are ok, but very cumbersome and hard to feel like you are contributing especially for smaller clans. Scaling clan requirements for progression to clan size should also be looked at.
- Keep that solo player in mind still. Yes I have a clan, yes I find people to play with, but making viable paths available for solo players to progress should be a goal going forward.
