Hello Grimbal666. Thank you for your files. Upon looking into your DXDIAG files, your GTX 760 does not meet the minimum requirements for TD2. This is most likely related to your FPS drops. I noticed there are two listed, are you using SLI? TD2 does not currently support SLI. The most I can really recommend in this situation are these PC steps if you have not tried them already. I apologize for any frustration regarding this issue.

I can run The Division 1 on high settings flawlessly why the hell would Ubisoft make a damm game that people can't play because they don't have the most expensive graphics card on the market!!!!
This is total ******** and wasted my damm money for a game I can't play even on the lowest possible settings. Ubisoft I will never buy a PC game again from thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same issues with a Core I5 8300h, 8GB DDR4 2666mhz ram and a GTX 1060 6GB MaxQ graphics. I have tried everything, I even re-pasted my laptops heatsink to reduce thermals in case it was thermal throttling. Everything I have tried has cleared up the issue only temporarily but this game just stutters non-stop no matter what.

ubisoft probably wouldn't be losing its userbase if they had used the same engine from division 1 which is pretty stable NOW. If they used the UI that they've got in the div2 and the style of story missions and the game play now, maybe people wouldn't be having these crashing to desktops, framerate lag, audio bugs or game freezes. And history seems to be repeating itself like the first one. Big sales int he beginning and huge drop off a month later because of these bugs
