Inventory Screen Icons - Noob Question

I realize this is a super noob question, but what do the icons below the level circle represent - the red circle, the blue "home plate" and the battery looking icon? I can't seem to find anything on the intra-webs. Thanks.

Edit - I now see what they mean, but I don't know how the integers at the bottom correlate to the numbered/percentage attributes on gear. I guess they are multiplying factors based on some denominator in the gear?

Armor, health and skill power I believe because if you change gear they move and the numbers change.

This is your general power overview, Skillpower, Armor and Damage, roughly said.

Some gear talents will be activated with a certain number

I too didn't know what it was until late into my game. Each icon can add stats/skill power until your gear set up. Red circle is Offensive stats, Blue Shield are defensive stats, and the Yellow Battery is skill power so you can use mods on gear.

There are also traits on gear pieces (Chest, Backpack, Gloves, etc.) and depending on the trait you need to have a max or min of those symbols in order for you to be able to use them.

    I hope this helps

Red is the number of Damage attribute you have, Blue is defense (armour/health) Yellow is for skills.

Talents require to be either above, or below, a certain number in order to activate, hence the number in the icon.
