[BUG] Customisation is reseted after game start | Forums

The Customisation of both, my rider and the bike, is reseted everytime i launch the game. Customisation i did on the default Bike parts itself stay. I colored the default tire white with stickers, theses stickers stay on. I haven't had this issue before the second patch.

No Rant, just a friendly information, since it does not bother me too much to spend those 1.5 Minutes to change to the Parts/Clothes i want.

Hey!

Does this happen to reset regardless of what items you decide to equip your rider with? Have you tried equipping different items to see if the issue occurs?

Has this issue occurred since owning it, or only just recently started?

It doesn't matter what i have equipped, it will always be resetted to the default outfit of the Bike and Rider after a new start of the game. I had this «Problem» like once or twice before, but after the second patch it happens everytime i start the game.

I also noticed the item duplication/multiplication bug again, but only on the Chicken Helmet. And on some item i get the «infinity loading» again since yesterday.

OK, so we have 3 issues to keep note of here:

- Items unequip after restarting the game
- Duplicate items
- Orange loading wheel on customisations

Would it at all be possible to provide a video of these issues? I appreciate it may not be possible to record the items unequipping (unless from a phone), but a would a video of the other issues be possible?

Both the duplicate items and orange loading wheel should've been resolved in our last patch, so we should report that if the issue still occurs.

Wow, you’re working today? Chapeau!

Just to clarify again, the multiplication only happened on the chicken helmet, all other dupes you see in the inventory are either the ones i havent sold yet from the 800/800 bug or the ones i received multiple times in crates.
