[BUG]
Selecting hospital shows [fire probability VERY HIGH] currently there is a disease, and cannot mobilize extra units. and the units are labeled as fire fighters.

The bug also works the other way around. The only way to fix it is to click on the one it's stuck on (hospital or fire station) then click on the one you need. This bug also prevents you from dispatching the correct crew in event of sickness or fire.
