Okay I may not be your opinion of High tier but not bringing up skill is because I am not tournament level is a really dumb observation tbh and worthy of a UBI comment... this is how they scale the game and it's ridiculous.... this game is never going to be E sports level so why scale for the 2% ?! those 2% do not play the game like normal or even high tier players they are literally the worst fights to watch...

Like you said I do not play console but PC which is completely different. We may have the same / similar stats (cba to check) but we are basically playing a completely different game when it comes to console and PC .... it's like changing the difficulty from Normal to Hellish (when playing orochi anyway)..

Light spam on PC if your first light doesn't get parried your third will...
if you throw a stupid left or right dodge light without perfect timing or against ANYONE turtling your getting parried...
Storm rush 60% of the time your getting parried, dodged, blocked or even just a well time light....
Heavys ... ha, parry.

You need to constantly be hard feinting into lights into heavies into GBs which he does not have the stamina for so yeah i can see why some people spam... blame the Build.

Go see the patch notes... they just adjusted LB and Raiders lights to a similar speed and gave them both 3 move chains...

Saying you aren't High tier is "really dumb"? The only heroes you have above rep 1 are Orochi and Kensei, so right away I'm aware that you don't have a good understanding of 90% of the roster and their capabilities, you also aren't above 2.0 KDA on either, and only play dominion, so no, I don't think it's really dumb to assume you aren't high tier.

Look, I agree with a lot of what you're saying, I don't want the game to be balanced solely by the top 2% players opinions, I also agree they are the worst fights to watch, all I was trying to say about the skill comment was that there isn't much difference in skill level play in between beginner and elite as far as perception goes, so saying you're high level and your opinion means more isn't true unless you are elite skill level, aside from that it's just another opinion, like 99% of the people on the forums, including myself.

As far as saying console vs pc is normal vs hellish, also not true, it plays completely different, PC is harder only because defense is easier and you need to do a lot more to fool your opponent, Console is harder because parrying lights and reacting to soft feints is more difficult. You can't really say either is harder than the other, they play very differently, each has pros and cons.

P.s I would drop his "FAST" lights chain down to 2 without hesitation if he got an opener and unblockable heavy ... it's literally useless anyway.

I play asian servers, nothing but dom has players...

I maybe shouldn't of used the term high tier and will change it to above average.. as I pointed out on PC his Kit is lacking an Opener and he's is easily countered by turtling and as you get "above average" it gets much worse.. I don't want him a god I just don't want people blowing rasberries at me chasing parries turtling hard.

I have 5 characters rep one and above and host loitering just below that, I like the assassin class. end of.

Appreciate your points but if you could direct your crying towards other characters and stop keeping mine in the dust that would be great. We are only asking for most of the other characters have, I don't see the problem.

Crying? This is a forum meant for debate on all topics, people will have different opinions, I don't see how what I'm saying is "crying".

I'm on console, there are many other heroes in a worse spot than Orochi, that's all I'm trying to say. His light spam is still effective at the skill level I'm at. I have a buddy who only plays Orochi and is usually at the top of the list. He uses lights, zone, and the dodge back attack and thats it, a GB to execute.

sadly roch is light spam and I should know I use him often but its really because like you said "nuxia at least uses trap mix ups" well thats because she has mix ups, give him a faintable bash/kick attack and HA on stormrush just so a zone or light can't knock him out of it. thats it. then he will have something other than lights, deflects are great but until the frames are fixed side deflects are rare and hard to time and without an unblockable or bash what is the point of fainting heavies? Its really just to try to flush out a parry, and some people are good at canceling a parry attempt, so what then? . KD and hero rep mean nothing when it comes to high tier low tier players. high kd just means you are less aggressive, and just one or two heroes obove rep 1 means nothing, just because a person doesn't play a bunch or heroes dosn't mean they don't know what they can and can't do.
