    Are Accuracy & Stability messed up on the stats page?

    I've been struggling with the stat page over the past few weeks. (even prior to the last update). And, I need some help understanding.
    First, My assumptions are:
    Increasing accuracy narrows/shrinks the cone of bullet spray ensuring that more bullets are closer to the centre of the reticle. (correct?)
    Increasing stability reduces the amount that the reticle moves after each bullet is fired. (correct?)
    While adding stability will just help the player control the reticle, adding accuracy increases damage. More accuracy increases the number of hits on reticle/target (correct?)

    I I've been adding in these stats to try to see what the caps are. Prior to the update sometimes accuracy would even move to negative numbers when I added it with gear (not weapon mods) . This was yesterday:

    Removing stability, is also removing accuracy. In addition, adding accuracy with gear also fails to actually add accuracy on the stat page.

    Lastly which weapon classes have the best weapon handling? There is a talent that transfers the weapon handling of the hostler weapon to the equipped weapon.

    I am not aware of the state page being bugged. Maybe a community staff member can elaborate more on this topic.

    equip a blue armor regen/s mod on your gear, and the self adjusting talent ; the stats page still shows 0 armor regeneration.

    why even have a stats page if it doesnt work lol

    Does anyone know if there is an official list (Dev Team source) for Stat caps?

    I'll figure stuff out manually if I know what all the caps are.

    I will ask Amper to get it for us. All I know is that critical hit chance cap is 60% and hazard protection (status effect) is 100%.

    I would have liked to see the caps integrated in the game.- on the stats page perhaps. Or maybe the number turns red when it's not adding anything. YouTube is fine and all, but it's a little counter productive for players to rely on the leg work of other players for important information that could easily have been integrated into the game.

    Armor regen has always been 0 on the stats page since beta.
