I see a bunch of idiots in this thread. If you really want to see which heroes need tweaking, see the competitive For Honor player's input.I'm not even competitive and even I see the stupidity in this thread. The heroes the competitive players call S tier should be nerfed, and those below B tier should be improved upon. Also lets not confuse the terms "reworks" and "nerfs" because it sounds like you're screaming for nerfs.
As it stands Hitokiri in the competitive world is very high due to hyperarmor at 100ms. While people like to say just dodge, you can't do it forever. She has variable heavy timings that can be used to throw off your timings on top of high tracking. She also has nasty kick mixups to go with it to catch dodge-happy players. Failed parries result in hyperarmor trades. A stupidly reckless Hitokiri is easy to beat, but one that knows what they're doing is a completely different story unless you play Black Prior, Conq, or Warden. Heroes with powerful neutral bashes counter hyperarmor abusers.
Light spam can be a problem on console depending on other people's connection. I find in duels its not as bad as it is in 4v4 modes but it ultimately depends on the person. I find I can block most Orochi lights as long as they're not sitting at 60+ latency.
Shaman is one of those heroes who stomps noobs because noobs are in that stage of just reacting to everything. Shaman works against that because she forces you to read your opponent and what kinds of moves they like to do. It's not as simple as "see an indicator, block or or dodge it". She has numerous soft feints, and she is still punishable. I hated fighting her when I first got the game, but now I don't mind it and actually enjoy it. She gets better in time. Just keep at it.
Valk is another hero you have to predict. She has multiple mixups, you can't just react to everything she does. Certainly not on console like some of us. Just like Shaman but less tricky.
Lawbringer not even. His offense is generally not all that great but in the right hands he can be nasty because he has the highest parry punishes in the game and the largest health pool. And his block-shove can shut down a good number of mixups. The higher tier players put him at A tier because they actually know how to parry and don't cry about Valk shield bash LMFAO
