Yeah, I noticed that right away. I loved in D1 the a$$hole DZ vendors. They made me laugh how rude they were. I would hate it if there wasn't safe houses. I mean a simple, random hostage situation you can die in Tier 5 and I'd hate to walk/run from the WH to the other side of the map.
On a similar note, is it my game or do the settlement officers no longer thank you for helping them out after the Basin update?
There are 'vendors' - they look like a weapons cabinet and you can only sell at them. Which is handy.Originally Posted by Criticaldoom187 Go to original post
However, I do miss travelling from one safehouse to the next to see what new wares they had ... every week in The Division I'd start off upper left hand corner and run from one safehouse to the next ... taking down all the mobs in my way ... quite relaxing and something I looked forward to ...
Sadly the current vendors in game usually sell crap stuff at least 20 or 30 gear score lower (sometimes much lower) than my current ... at GS-504 the current vendors sell gear at GS-452 ... complete and utter waste of time having them there - may as well simply replace them with Weapons Cabinets that simply allow you to sell ...
In some ways The Division 2 is a Downgrade from The Division.![]()
Right, I miss vendor hopping in Div1 to see if they had anything nice in stock.
There aren't many vendors in Div2 and their refresh rate is very slow, so they're hardly of any use right now.
And the stuff they sell are usually awful too.
(There are only a few vendors in Div2, so they might as well refresh like once every two-three days or something rather than per week)
