Save game dosnt load complete | Forums

Hey there,
i installed my pc totaly new and saved my save games.
So after all Trials loads only a part from my savegame.
My char is leveld up like before and everything what i bought is ingame.
But i have to go through all levels again like i started a whole new game.
Hope sombody can help me.

i allready verifyed my files 3 times and it didnt worked.
Also i contacted the Ubisoft support for a week ago about this problem and have no answer.

You might want to click back into the portal and update your ticket letting them know you're still awaiting an answer. Please be respectful in doing so, though.
