Make Daytime 50% longer. | Forums

This is a suggestion to make the daytime 50% longer, so we have more time to explore & fight while the sun is out. The game looks much better in the day. Playing at night kinda sucks, because I can't see anything. It is summertime in D.C., so naturally the day should be longer than night. How do you guys feel about playing in the day VS. playing at night.

This should be a simple idea for the devs to implement.

I personally prefer the night: I can go resupply a checkpoint, and then walk around the map, and collect highlighted loot. Spotting it in a harsh sunlight is a much harder task.

Nighttime does make it easier to spot loot. I'm realy not suggesting a shorter nighttime, but rather a longer daytime.

I personally hate night time playing. Looting is easier sure, but fighting is just horrible for me.

I was hoping they would've given us a day/night option in the menu. But this is a online game & THINK the time & weather is controlled by the main Ubisoft servers. So Ubisoft would have to adjust that. Have you guys played Horizon Zero Dawn? The day/night cycle is bad in that game. I found myself rushing to get missions done in the day. The day/night cycle was so fast. Felt like most of the game was at night.

Wait until you try to get the hunter masks. Then you won't want this at all.

But after I get the hunter mask, I will enjoy day time more. I realy wish we could adjust it ourselves. At least when playing solo.

All weather systems should be prolonged by a large amount. Great for emmersion.
