I saw in another thread one of the forum admins said it was because of RNG? I was wondering what that meant?

RNG means Random Number Generation, which literally means that everything, including vanity item droprate, is randomized and the reason why noone has seen it since last patch might be that it did not drop due to random droprate of every item droprate.

I was completely convinced that they had removed the clothes dropping and now was only possible through boxes..

I wasn't even aware that this was a bug.. good to know.. It just gets better and better..

There could be a possibility that as there are only a limited number of apparel items which are available in standard loot boxes/ bag drops etc, so if you have collected a lot there may not be any of these items left to drop.

If anyone can provide screenshots of their collected items this would be useful, thanks

If that's the case then it really sucks as that (although relatively rare) was a big incentive for me to loot luggage and those air drops caught in trees, on buildings, etc. The occasional "find" was a welcome bonus for me and made the mostly useless items I've been combing through worth dealing with.

If this is the case (that there is a limited amount of these apparel / skin items), I wish we could get confirmation as I would rather not even waste my time looting half the stuff I have been.

I'm still getting things from the apparel event, so I doubt my inventory is full. Plus I always see other players with stuff I don't have. PLUS the NPC's all have on different clothes.

I seriously think they stopped the apparel loot because of the Apparel event. Or maybe the apparel event is creating a bug with the loot drops.

Another thing I noticed is that the blue apparel keys don't give me clothes anymore. Just emotes & stuff. I have to get the purple key now to get clothes. Before the last big patch, the blue key always gave me clothing items.

And would someone please tell me how to quote in a reply. I simply can'e figure it out.

So I want to point out that I am starting to think this isn’t a bug and that their was a limited number of cosmetics available from in game drops and that most of us having played everyday since release have gotten everything their is to get so far. I play with a few people who all say the same things that are being said here. I also reported this as a bug but am not so sure it’s a bug anymore.
