I have someone id like to report

I've never seen this in a game of dominion but this guy lost one match and the teams mixed the next round and he purposefully stayed in the match the entire time spamming sorry and walking around the spawn. The dude needs to be banned for at least a month for that kind of behavior.

So why are you posting here and not reporting? We have an ingame reporting system as well as and outside system. For the last you need visual proof. A video would be best. Works like a charm. Type in "how to report a player for honor" in your search bar and you will find this page: https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Faqs/0...-FH-PC-XB1-PS4 - voilà

And yes, this is surely at least griefing but I think it might actually be a farmbot that got set up.

For ingame reporting just open up the scoreboard while ingame and click on that player to find the menu point to report him, or do it right after the match where you have the scoreboard tab as well, but don't wait for that as a lot of misbehaving people tend to run quickly from the lobby

It is. This is a case of griefing which is a reason for a report. Not only they were griefing, they also were "AFK" by standing in the spawn and do nothing.

Please, if you have a video clip of this, I'd encourage you to get in touch with https://support.ubi.com . This is textbook griefing.

There is. It is detrimental to everyone's enjoyment if you get teamed up with them. I've personally sent video reports to several such people to support already. Of course they never mention if the players were sanctioned or not but the videos speak for themselves.
