What I dont quite understand is... We are several people in here around level 16, 17, 18 getting matched up nonstop with 20, 21, 22. It means there has to be lots of level 20, 21, 22 players out there having nonstop easy pickings

I hardly met any derankers after the changes though, so how come these players dont simply disappear into legendary already? They cant all be stuck here... I have been trying hard to reach legendary myself but there is just no chance when I keep facing level 20+ players, almost makes me want to derank myself to a level where I face players around same level as me.
