I have collected all 10 Easter cubes but did not receive the reward for doing so.

Just to make sure I'm understanding correctly, you collected all in-game easter eggs but you didn't receive the Chicken Helmet?

We have had several reports of players not receiving the reward, so we're investigating the cause and adding the missing content to our players!
