I have started this thread as I have been waiting a couple of days to hear back from support. Whilst I was waiting I was curious to see if anyone else has come across this problem and have fixed it. I have searched DR Google/ this forum and reddit and I can not find anything related to this issue.

My game was working perfectly fine until patch 1.7 (Level 30, 47 hours play time). After I launch the game, these two notification boxes popup after I have connected.


followed by:


This than forces me to restart the game and than I have a lovely infinite loop.

This is what I have tried so far:

- Reinstalled the game.
- Reinstalled Uplay
- Verify game files (multiple times)
- Checked video card and OS was up to date.

This was suggested by Uplay Support:
- Reinstall the game on other drive.
- Delete UPLAY cache files
- Run with admin rights
- Disabled background applications
- Scan system files for corruption
- Perform a clean boot (removed unnecessary applications on startup)
- Delete Temp folders in the %TEMP% dir
- Reinstall game on secondary site

Got any other ideas?
