I thought the patch would fix this but unfortunately it hasn't. I got an Easter crate and it wasn't there when I went to open it.

Are you kidding me? How hard can this be to fix??? It's been intermittent for weeks. Before this patch I was getting about 50% of crates when leveling up doing SP, and I hoped the patch would finally fix it.

I beat a challenger just a min ago.. didn't ge3t a crate. First time I didn't for challengers. Then while I was looking at the crate items that you can get, the challenger crate appeared. Few min later a rank up crate appeared. They opened fine and I got the items.

I got Easter Crates from multiplayer , however when I leveled single player nothing appeared in inventory after the levelup screen.

As for challenger crates, I can't tell, as they have not been seen on my map for over a month now. (PC)

Stats say I defeated 90 challengers and that was all in the 1st launch week.

I also believe this works.. before this patch I used to let crates just build up. Seemed like when I would do that I would get crates.

When my challengers disappear.. I delete my save files and let it sync with cloud. They return.

You can try to buy at least one crate with coins. This worked for me every time to get my missing crates.

I think the easiest workaround is to keep at least one crate unopened all the time. Never opened all my crates, and I've got every crate up to level 500ish and challengers.

Doesn't work for me unfortunately. I've had quite a lot of crates stacked because I couldn't open any thanks to the duplication bug and a full inventory. I'm at level 123 now and haven't received a crate since around level 80.

Thanks for the suggestion. Gave it a go but it didn't work for me. ☹️
