Seen the start of the gaming industry develop.
I was on the Anthem recently and played that Beta game.
First > Division 2 overall is just awesome.
But there is one thing : Bank headquarters on challenging, solo, sub 500 in world tier 5, is the worst pieace of garbage I have ever witnessed in gaming history.
It has not been playtested by solo players even in top top top notch 500 gear.
It should state that you cant solo this unless your gearscore 500 and have 100% god rolls.
Im at 470 gear score with very good gear.
And I can tell you that all fights are just dumb.
The data protection part is about the most stupid crap I witnessed...until...you get to Roach.
Roach on challenging, solo...
Come on Ubisoft.
Disable it from solo in world tier 5 sub 500 gear score cause its a freaking joke.
With 480 weapons and really good gear but at gear score 470 I cant even dent him.
And that is with an M60 from the abyss and all the fluff you can imagine.
I would be ok if he didnt spawn adds none stop after you killed them but that makes the fight even harder.
Bank Headquarters was NEVER play tested solo beyond normal, this is a fact.
Im just frustrated cause I wasted 5 hours on this mission trying to complete it and I had to pull every card in the book.
But the Roach fight is just not possible.
I kill his adds in 1.5 minutes, all of them, without signature weapons just perfect focus fire and knowing prio targets.
Dont matter when you deal zero damage to Roach.
I destroyed the Tank rather fast in the data mining room so nothing wrong with the DPS.
But Solo on challenigng....
Make it ***ing scale for solo play.
I dont want to group I want to solo, so bloody let me solo.
It's usually a tell that you need more HP if you're dying too quick on challenging. Or that you need more DPS if you're not shredding bosses quick enough. HP's not going to turn you into a tank or anything, but it'll provide a buffer so you don't get whamboozled immediately after your armor pops. You think that ****'s hard? Try some Heroic 4-man bounties where the named boss has immunity until you break his tiny *** pouch on his tush. Which he never shows because he's always trying to assplow you. Forces you to split up in different directions and try to get a bead on them. And they run when you break their weakpoint until it's back up again or they heal, forcing everyone to get aggressive or be stuck firing until you run out of ammo. Get caught out for even a second or two while pursuing, and you're dead. I appreciate the challenge though. But honestly, it sounds like your TTK can be vastly improved. Just hang in there until you're sporting 500-515 and get your build chugging along. Then try it again and compare. It really just comes down to having the right set of talents and good weapons.

I'm impressed you got to the end. I struggle on hard with protecting the computer solo.
For roach, are you going in to the court yard? I always stay in the corridor. That way no one can flank you, you cant get hit with grenades, everyone has to come through a bottle neck if they want to get at you and its very hard for them to force you to step in to their line of fire, plus you have a restock create there.

I am perplexed. Did I understand the OP correctly? He wants to solo a challenging mission that was balanced for 500+ GS with 30 GS lower than that and is mad he failed? My take-away from this is, that if he has been soloing other challenging missions with sub-par gear, those missions need to be looked at and re-balanced, as they shouldn't be able to be done on challenging with such low gear either.
