So prior to the release of tidal basin I was having a blast using my +radius mods, full bonus duration gear talent with the oxidizer chem launcher, Unfortunately this build seems to be impossible to recreate now.
I was under the impression with regards to talent mods they were just gonna reduce the skill power needed to achieve said talents.
I have all the sets now (all equally worthless) but the more time I put into the division the more I feel like your playing the game wrong if you are not building full damage. I know some will say a healer build will be useful in the raid but i would argue certain talents and team work is gonna be a lot more effective than wasting one guy running a skill build to provide some heals that require you to stand still to be healed.
Rant over! is anybody running a skill build preferably an effective damage build i.e chem launcher fire or oxidizer build as previously mentioned.

I was running a chem launcher build in a similar vein to yours but post patch I have switched to Bombardier Drone and Seekers speccing into explosives dmg destructive, cooldown, on the ropes/rooted/in rythm/spike ... stuff that helps increase dps etc etc. The chem launcher build is still strong but nowhere near as strong as it once was. The explosives build is OK but using the drone is tricky and it'll go pear shaped 30ish percent of the time. Seekers are seekers... still good.Originally Posted by Gzuss88 Go to original post
