Massive oversight or intentional? First off i'm a legendary player. i went 8-3 and got tokens from packs 3 & 6. i refreshed and went 12-1 and got no tokens from packs 9 & 12 even though i did not get them the first round as i lost prior to getting there.

is this intentional or if you don't get 12 wins in the first run you are screwed every week on getting the extra tokens?

I have seen a lot of talking about this and seems like everyone is wondering the same thing. Hope there is an official answer soon. Would be most fair to have them be earned the first time you open those packs regardless of how many runs you had to go through to get to that pack. After the first time, you cant earn repeat tokens, Just like what they do with bottlecaps for TVT. One pack and that's it for the day.

Pretty embarrassing it's been hours with zero response from redlynx. We all know you do not care about the players but this is beyond ridiculous. You're customer support is pathetic.

Just be honest with the community that you test nothing and don't actually care about making the game great.

Posting to bring the topic on top of the list.

Many players have refreshed the challenge because they were not be able to open all the packs due to 3 loss, and the lack of communication around this problem (among many others) is surprising, frustrating and very upsetting. It's even more important when the losses are due to the bugs/lags/freezes/connexion problems induced by the latest update, and not "regular losses" against mors skilled opponents.

This update about ladder, battle pass and rewards was supposed to get people enjoy the game more, all it has for now is generate more frustration because of lags/bugs/freezes/matchmaking.

No doubt they have to fix this. It would provide more incentive to refresh a challenge.
