I love this game so much too. The music is epic, the character was very familiar to the fandom and the battle and the gaining system is getting more interesting and surprising as we play more and more. It is like our home, kind of. But JIMPHÖENIX deserves better than that. He spends lots of money and times on this game just to have fun. And we were expecting this update so much. He was so excited when he opened so much packs in once, and he was so surprised when he shared the SIXTH ELEMENT RANDY he just got. You can't trick people like that! Just give him a surprise and took away from him. That's so CRUEL! You took his fun! /tears
And I want to stick the pictures in the posts, but I find that my button just can let me insert pictures from Url. But because you have received the pictures on your facebook and said that will be helpful, I think I don't need to upload again. Just get this information together and help him. Thanks!

I wanted to also mention that we are looking into the various freezing issues and the reports you all sent in regards to who you felt were a part of it were immensely helpful to the team! We are investigating them all.

We'll continue to touch base with you all as often as we can as new information comes in!

Missing battle tokens from challenge mode if not 12 wins in first try. You should be getting tokens in 3, 6, 9, and 12 but if you fail 12 wins in the first try and get 12 wins later you get no tokens from any pack.

My hubs didnt get his first 3 arena packs. He clicked only once, it looked like the pack was coming up and then nothing... and the claim button was gone as if he had gotten a pack. Ign- adamarb89
There was no way to screenshot anything as no pack ever came up to even attempt opening

I have notifications (red square with number) on the in game phone (top right) but when i click on my phone in game theres no notifications on the in game phone menu. So I cant get rid of these notifications manually, they just randomly go away or change in quantity.

that's alerting you there is a card request in teams sometimes its buggy and comes and goes as it pleases, but that's what it's for!

Ok thanks! Thought that may have been the issue, couldnt tell due to the bugs I was seeing.
