Hey everyone, Buck from RedLynx here. I wanted to take a moment to address some of the known issues with the latest updates!

4. Matchmaking brackets are too wide
The team is adjusting the matchmaking parameters and this should also improve naturally as players spread out a bit. After the reset and LSR to SR change, players are bunched closer than normal

The matchmaking system should take into account the NK level and the level of each rank's cards. E.g. the sum of:

NK level
Each common card's level X 1
Each rare card's level X 2
Each epic card's level X 3
Each legendary card's level X 4

I haven't given immediate thought to the exact maths of that, but it should be something along those lines. The ladder and rewards system need not change but the matchmaking at least can then and should end deranking hopefully!
