Increased Duration stats on Utility mods need to be buffed, holy cow.

After setting myself on fire, it looks like the base duration of a status is 5 seconds. However, there are utility mods that increase that time with duration increase stats..... but by 1% or 2% (based on 450 mods I have)

    1% of 5 is 0.05

WHAT IS THAT . The minimum roll of increased duration stat rolls should be at least 100% or something. 1% is practically nothing.

Imo I think the whole mod system reminds me of terminology that's used when playing cards.
    ' We've been dealt a foot not a hand ' 🙃

Totally agree, many mods change literally nothing.

    Definitely.

"A whole 0.5 weapon damage increase on a mod sweet!"

But I guess that was the point, to introduced underpowered things so that they then can be buffed later. Hopefully that is the case.
