Stuck on applying configs | Forums

Downloaded new update today and now it is stuck on applying configs for hours. Tried deleting game data power cycling phone and uninstalling reinstalling game nothing works. Any help please?

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times, it did work once I got on and was able to play for a while fine but as soon as I closed the game and tried to play again it wont go past applyying configs again. I have uninstalled it multiple times since and will not go past the applying configs
