Same old problem, game can't get past the applying configs screen since the new update unless I reinstall the game. Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem. Device is a Xiaomi note 3 pro
You and the second thread just made about this are the first I'm hearing of this issue returning. I'm writing up a report right now!
Looks like the reinstall thing just worked the first time, tried to reinstall twice now and it doesn't go past the config screen, I'll be updating in case I find a workaround
